Referees must be 10 years of age by March1st,
2012
Completed Registration forms are to be mailed or e-mailed
to either Maria Krueger or Tina Vincent no later than
February 11th, 2012
for those interested in refereeing during the Spring 2012
Rec Soccer Season.
REFEREE REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED DURING THE
WALK-IN PLAYER REGISTRATION. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO HAVE
THE FORM MAILED OR E-MAILED IN ON-TIME TO ENSURE YOUR
CHILD A REFEREE POSITION.
Late registration forms will NOT
be accepted. If you have any questions about becoming

NOTE:
Please note Classroom and Practical training is MANDATORY
– NO EXCEPTIONS for Certified, Non-Certified, and
New Referees.

Please note that the Wisconsin Referee Development
Program requires that
participants be at least 12 years old prior to attending
a certification course.
Please note that the Rapids Recreational Soccer Program
only recognizes certified referees as those referees
that have attained level 8 certification or above. The State
of Wisconsin Referee Program does not offer
Level 8 certification to participants under the age of 14
.
